The department of Valle del Cauca recognized for its fertility and its varied climate is the garden of Colombia. SANTIAGO OF CALI
The city was founded on July 25, 1536 by Sebastián de Belalcázar, lieutenant de Francisco Pizzaro. With, now, nearly 2 million inhabitants, Cali is the second cheap one in importance of Colombia after Bogotá.
It still presents many vestiges of its colonial history at the same time as a modern architecture in agreement with its development with its colonial and modern buildings, its long shaded avenues and its flowered terraces where drag a fauna variegated with the research of the pleasure of living.

GUADALAJARA OF BUGA
The legend wants that Señor de Los Milagros (miraculous Christ) appeared in 1570 with Amerindian on banks of Río Guadalajara, which crosses Buga. Since this appearance, Buga became one of the most visited cities of the Latin America, America ultra-catholic. Useless to specify that Guadalajara de Buga is a sure city and that one can only walk there at foot, day and night, without no fear, impossible that a crime is committed there.
Guadalajara de Buga made religious tourism its speciality. One thus finds there many churches, each one of them being worth displacement, not only for his architecture and his decoration but also for the devotion which it can cause near the many pilgrims.

BUENAVENTURA
Buenaventura does not offer many tourist attractions, its beaches are not very beautiful, according to the established standards. But the atmosphere which reign everywhere is worth with it only displacement. Moreover, in season, that is to say June in October, one will be able to see there the whales during their migration.
